A people-first approach to big, complicated days
Beth grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi — the middle child and only daughter between two brothers, in a home where competition was central and performance mattered. It built an obsessive attention to detail that's followed her into every event since. She left Vicksburg with a state tennis championship, which took her on to play college tennis and graduate with a Bachelor's in Education from Delta State University.
From 2003–2012, Beth took time to build her most important relationships with her four boys at home while managing contract events on the side. She stepped back into corporate life full time in 2012 at LTC Pharmacy, then shifted in 2015 to Executive Coordinator and Events Manager at NextGear Solutions — a role that turned out to fit her love of thriving in chaos perfectly. Five acquisitions, dozens of team integrations, hundreds of events, and an eventual company sale later, she'd coordinated everything from tradeshows to the company's inaugural industry conference. She carried that into CORE Group in 2022, where she's owned event planning ever since: five annual conferences north of $1 million, the full tradeshow calendar, internal retreats, and most recently the Experience Team that owns the member experience company-wide.
Today Beth lives in Oxford, Mississippi, mom to four boys — Emmett, Easton, Everett, and Elijah — scattered between senior year of high school, college baseball, and starting a family of his own. Building meaningful experiences through authentic care and real attention to detail is what she shows up for every day.
